Fits the tent’s footprint perfectly, and the extra waterproof layer gives me real peace of mind on damp ground. I also like that I can use it for a fast fly setup when I want to skip the main body.

Stripped my tent down to just the footprint and fly for a fast alpine push, and the extra waterproof layer kept the floor bone dry through a light drizzle. The cut matches the tent perfectly, so no bunching or exposed corners to worry about.
